ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed Monday to Saturday, excluding gazetted holidays in Pakistan. Orders placed before 1:00 PM Pakistan time are processed the same or next business day, and processing usually takes 1-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is on its way.

DELIVERY TIME (PAKISTAN)
Once your order has been dispatched, most orders arrive within 1-4 business days, and all orders within 6 business days. Orders placed after the cut-off time are processed the following business day. During high-volume periods, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you by email, phone or WhatsApp.

SHIPPING CHARGES
We charge a flat shipping fee of Rs 250 on all orders in Pakistan, regardless of the size of your order.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. The tracking number becomes active within 24 hours. You can also use the Order Tracking link in our website footer.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International shipping rates depend on package weight, destination and shipping method. Please allow 2-5 business days for order processing and 1-3 weeks for delivery, depending on the destination. Customs and import fees may apply and vary by country and order value. The customer is responsible for these fees.

HOLIDAYS
We do not process or ship orders on Sundays or on gazetted holidays in Pakistan. Orders placed on those days, or after the cut-off time, are processed on the next business day.

CANCELLATIONS
We can only cancel orders that have not yet shipped. If your order has already shipped, please see our Return & Exchange policy. Return shipping charges, where they apply, are the buyer’s responsibility. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
