ORDER PROCESSING
We always aim to deliver fast, but here’s what to expect. We ship most orders the same business day or within 24 hours. Processing times don’t account for weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email when your product is on its way. Most of our orders arrive within 1-4 business days.

SHIPPING CHARGES
In Pakistan, we offer a standard shipping charge on all orders @Rs 250, no matter how big or small your package is.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International Shipping rates vary based on package weight, shipping address and shipping method. Please allow 2-5 business days for order processing and 1-3 weeks depending on your post office for delivery location. Customs & import fee may apply to some international orders. This fee fluctuates by country and order value. The customer is responsible for all customs and / or import fee.

DELIVERY TIME
Standard orders must be placed by 12:59 PM PST to start processing on next day. Processing time usually takes 1-3 business days and orders will arrive within 6 business days from when the order is processed. Most orders arrive sooner. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. HOLIDAYS
Holidays are the best, aren’t they? Except when you place an online order. All orders are processed and shipped Monday - Saturday, excluding gazetted holidays within Pakistan. Based on shipping, if the order is placed after the cut-off time, it will be processed the following business day.

CANCELLATIONS
We are only able to cancel orders that have not been shipped. If your order has been shipped, you (the buyer) will be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original payment that you use when placing your order.
